The ESSE A Patent

The concept of the ESSE A patent is born from our close co-operation with some
customers who pushed us to looh for a solution to safeguard the lens from the
metal spatters in the breakthrought phase and to optimise the gas consumpition
of the machine. We succeded to achieve these results by working on the terminal
part of the head creating a chamber in which the back spatters and the metallic
particles are stopped so as not to damage the lens. All this allow to achieve a better
quality cutting (the integrity of the lens lasts longer), faster breakthrought action and
savings in the gas consumpitions.
